Licensed Real Estate Broker

Meet Jennifer

Jennifer is a Real Estate Broker born and raised in Chicago. A global traveler and nomad, she has lived and/or been on assignment in Washington DC, South Beach Miami, Oregon, Dusseldorf, Madrid, and several other places. She has visited 48 states in the US, 70% of the Caribbean territories, and over 30 countries. Her experiences as a global traveler and nomad have enriched her understanding of diverse cultures and lifestyles, which she seamlessly integrates into her real estate practice. Her passion for travel and people drew her to the one thing so many of us have in common – we love the feeling of home. Whether city or coastal, basic or beachfront, permanent or pied a terre, we find inspiration, value, joy, and peace at the place where we hold our most valued things and experiences. Recognizing this connection is not just home buying and selling, it is elevated realty. She loves to support this journey through helping you find your next great space.

Jennifer’s first entry into real estate was in 2016. She started as a designer and marketing lead for investors that flip property in the Chicagoland area. In many cases, they didn’t have the time or the capacity to envision a home from the gutted space that they acquired. She would step in and work with the contractors on layout, design, fixtures, lighting, and all the things that make the space a marketable home. She would then give them the strategies to effectively list it towards the right markets that would create interest and a sale. These properties have averaged less than 2 weeks on the market before they move to contract. At the recommendation of those clients, she received her brokerage license to assist them in the sourcing and listing of the properties for a more seamless experience. Since receiving her license, Jennifer hit the ground running. Her first listing was one week after she became a broker, and that gold coast property was under contract in 4 days.

She currently lives in Glencoe and loves the community. Her 20 year experience in corporate sales management, along with her background as a former college professor, gallery owner, wellness advocate, and best-selling author made it easy to connect with a community that embraces so many of her passions. The North Shore is filled with artistry, architecture, community events, and great local shops to discuss and celebrate what makes this area great.

She is an alumnus of Bradley University (BA) and Northwestern Kellogg School of Business where she received her advanced certification in Executive Management. She fosters dogs when available and has a rescue doodle named Bailey.

Jennifer has intentionally curated a life that allowed her to see the world in a way that helps people realize their true desires. She brings that gift to her real estate practice. Let her extraordinary past assist you in your real estate future.
